Building structure
- External walls made from wooden logs, windbreak insulation, framing filled with mineral wool for thermal insulation, vapor membrane, the interior walls finished with paneling.
- Ground floor ceiling – wooden beams every 80 cm, boarding, vapor membrane, mineral wool between the floor joists, and spruce floor 28 mm.
- Wooden roof with purlin and rafter or collar beam structure. We usually recommend to finish the roof with steel roofing tile.
- Internal stairs made from spruce wood.
- Doorframes – wooden complete with locks and fittings.
- EURO2 tilt-and-turn window frames, multi-point lock window fittings, optionally shutters.
